SOS239 - Underwater Shaker Card

This week's challenge at Shopping Our Stash is called Fantastic Plastic and of course we would like to see plastic things being used on everyone's creations.
I'm saving all the flat acetate pieces from various packagings - they are usually nice and sturdy - so I decided to use it and make a shaker card.
I used 2 of my favorite Stampin Up stamp sets - By The Tide and From Land To Sea, sponged the background and added all kinds of beads and sequins.  Sentiment die cut is also from Stampin Up.

Challenges:
613 Avenue Create - Shaker Card
AAA Cards - sequins
Addicted To Stamps - die cuts

Oh my gosh this is amazing! I love the mix of beads and cool coloured sequins, and that background with the jellyfish is fabulous. What a wonderful card. Thanks for sharing at AAA Cards.

Beautiful card. Such a great idea to recycle the acetate from packaging. Hadn't thought about it before. Thanks for sharing with us at 613 Avenue Create. Hope to see you back soon.

Hi, Alica! This is so pretty and the structure is spot on! The delicate color variation in your background and how they are reflected in your beads and sequins is a great design element. I am glad you used that kraft colored paper because it is the perfect counterpoint to the pastels. Thanks for dropping this into our mailbox here at 613 Avenue Create!
